These two ladies were great. I rented a wheel chair for my mother in law a couple of weeks before Christmas and they made the process so easy. The equipment was new and very clean. They are very personable and eager to help. I will definitely only use this particular store for all my future needs. Thanks!
The two ladies (forgot their names) were so friendly and helpful. Had my mom with me so she could pick out a new scooter to replace her broken one. They were knowledgeable and kind. Extremely patient while my mom tried out all the scooters. They helped us get a shower chair and rubber cane tip replacements as well. 10/10. Will definitely return in the future. Prices were reasonable too.
My experience with these ladies was awesome! Very professional, friendly and helpful to meet all my needs. My mother’s wheelchair needed new tires, armrests and brake adjusting. The work done on the wheelchair was excellent! It looks like a new chair! Kudos to the person doing the repairs as well! I highly recommend “Mobility City” on 249 for all your special needs.
